Refund policy

We want you to love your Reset Mat. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at anaxxo.fit@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your mat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used or are not in original condition are not eligible for return.
